SEN advisory is an international project development firm. We work with institutions, companies and investors across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, drawing on a network of partners and experts built over more than thirty years.
One method,
whatever the project
The ISMA cycle — Identify · Structure · Mobilise · Accompany — is a loop, not a line. A client can come in at any stage.
We start from the field and the network: an institutional request, an investor's need, an untapped resource. We qualify the opportunity — actors, stakes, risks, timing — and give a clear view: proceed, wait, or walk away.
The opportunity becomes a project: feasibility study, business model, legal and institutional set-up, governance, development plan. The deliverable is a file that a funder, an authority or a partner can assess.
We bring together what the project requires: experts and operators from our network, public and private partners, funding. Our role is to make actors who do not always talk to each other work together.
We stay through to delivery: steering, milestone tracking, arbitration, adjustments. And beyond: we transfer skills so the organisation can run the project without us.
